Proverbs 3:5-6
“Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not to your own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy path.”
Daily Focus: Sometimes it's easy to go our own way when life's decisions arise. At times we just go with what feels right or there are times when we make decisions simply out of our emotions. However, as we grow in our relationship with Christ we must learn to trust His direction, and be patient for His voice. We must acknowledge Him. That means in our decisions in life we must recognize that God knows what's best for us and that when we pray He is ready to lead us is the path that He has chosen.
Daily Prayer: Father in Jesus name I thank you today because you are a great God. I thank you because you know all things and you are too wise to make a mistake. Today, I acknowledge you in all my ways and I thank you because you are directing my paths. Father I thank you in Jesus name because the steps of a good man are ordered by the Lord. I ask in your holy name that you would lead and guide today. Direct me in a plain path. Don't allow iniquity to have dominion over me in Jesus name. I thank you because you are giving what to do and what to say. I thank God that today I will be led by the Spirit and my decisions will be in your divine will in Jesus name amen.
